I'm Tim Aidlin — a CX/UX Designer and Product Strategist with over 20 years of experience creating user-centered, business-driven digital software, websites, native mobile applications and live, in-person experiences.
I’ve led projects across healthcare, telecommunications, and life sciences, delivering measurable impact for brands like Blue Cross Blue Shield, T-Mobile, and Henry Schein and over 40 other brands.
My expertise spans full-stack UX — research, IA, prototyping, design systems, accessibility, and AI-enhanced experiences — always focused on simplifying complexity, improving engagement, and driving business success.
