This project for a large healthcare insurance provider aimed to enhance the UX/UI of the client's Customer Service Representative platform to streamline customer service operations, reducing call time, increasing satisfaction, and lowering costs.

I aimed to
Craft a flexible design system, lead a global team, and foster stakeholder collaboration, all guided by agile, user-focused methods.
What I did
Implemented agile UX strategies, developed user stories, and leveraged atomic design in Figma to ensure adaptable and elegant design solutions.
What happened
Led the TCS design team to craft an elegant site, still in development. My team enhanced user experience and streamlined version control and collaboration. The new design approach improved satisfaction and performance metrics, and achieved business commitments.
And we are hoping for...
Early testing in the UX project showed positive results, with over 10,000 user stories managed, 200+ product features developed, leading to a ~30% increase in customer satisfaction and a ~25% reduction in time to purchase based on preliminary user testing.
