Creating a super-rapid prototype: Idea to kinda working in a half-hour

In about 30 minutes of focused work I used Loveable.dev to prototype "PharmaContract Compass"—a dashboard concept for managing pharmaceutical contracts in a B2B setting. The goal was to quickly validate how modern UX principles could streamline complex tasks like inventory tracking, contract fulfillment, and product browsing.

The interface borrows cues from enterprise systems like Salesforce and Tableau but softens the experience with a medical-inspired palette of teals and blues, flat design components, and clean typographic hierarchy. Key KPIs—total inventory, low stock alerts, contract value, and order progress—are immediately visible, giving users a quick grasp of operational health.

Though the prototype came together quickly, it still needs a few more hours of refinement to represent what I’d consider a truly polished or final product. Micro-interactions, data drill-downs, and content detail are next-layer priorities.

Coming from a UX design standpoint, I don’t typically dive deep into the underlying code. I can write markup, but it’s often inefficient and inelegant, and rarely worth the time when the end result is a fragile demo. Platforms like Loveable aren’t ready for building robust, enterprise-scale applications yet—but they are much faster than expected for rapidly visualizing and testing product ideas.

This was a valuable exercise in speed, structure, and communication—and a good reminder that even early experiments can deliver real insight.
